How email ingest works

Forward the email chain with attachments to ingest@usestag.com. Attach PDFs, XLSX, ZIPs, or include public links. Add optional instructions in the body (e.g., “attach to deal x/ create a new deal”).

We receive your deal
Within about 2 minutes, we securely process the chain and attachments and send back our ideas... a proposal to create a new deal or add to an identified one.
- 3Propose
Proposes new or existing deal
Stag stages attachments, extracts public links, and identifies the right deal (or proposes a new one). Any instructions in the email body are used to guide the proposal.
- 4Apply
One‑click approval attaches and indexes
Approvers get an email with an approval link. On approval, files are added to the deal’s root, attached in activity, and queued for indexing.
